Join us on March 19th at Utica Coffee Roasting for our second Behind the Armor event, a series that brings Clarkson alumni together to share their journeys, challenges, triumphs, and the moments that have helped to shape their careers.

Each session features a local Golden Knight who will offer a behind-the-scenes look at their path, offering candid insight and practical wisdom. Whether you're early in your career or looking to expand your network, this is a space to connect, learn, and grow through authentic conversation, mentorship, and meaningful relationships.

We will have a fireside chat with Frank Elias '90 '97, founder of Utica Coffee Roasting. Hear about Frank’s journey from Clarkson student to founder of one of the region’s most recognizable brands, the challenges along the way, and the values that shaped his success.

After the chat, tours of the roasting facility will be provided.

Come for the story. Stay for the connection.
